Have you thought about becoming a Reiki Master or just want to know more about the healing practice of Reiki?
As an Independent Reiki Master, Dr Chandler offers Reiki Training to anyone who is interested in this subject. Dr Chandler has been a Practicing Reiki Master since 2008. He was trained to the second degree (Okuden) Reiki level, while living in Okinawa, Japan, by a Reiki Master who was also a Buddhist Priestess (hence the name "Ryukyu-Shoto" [meaning Southwest Islands]. He received his Master Level in 2008.
Reiki Classes are available to suit the needs and desires of the student as much as possible. You will receive one-on-one training or can be a part of a group (groups limited to six people). Materials are provided along with continuing support.
Level One Reiki Training (Shoden) acquaints you with the history of Reiki and its guiding principles and teaches self-awareness. You will learn about the different properties of energy and how energy for healing works, the Reiki Precepts, self-healing and hand positions. This is a five week course with weekly meetings with Dr. Chandler. At the end of this course, you will receive an attunement ceremony and a certificate.
Level Two Reiki Training (Okuden) acquaints you with four traditional symbols used in Reiki healing by practitioners. You must have completed level one as a prerequisite. You will continue your quest for spiritual self-awareness and awaking through meditative and breathing techniques. You will discover spirit guides and the principles behind "intent". This is a five week course and you will meet with Dr. Chandler once per week to discuss your work and to receive and practice Reiki. At the end of your training you will again receive an attunement and a certificate and will be a Reiki Practitioner.
Level Three (Master) Reiki Training (Shinpiden) is also a five week course with weekly meetings with Dr. Chandler. This training continues the path of enlightenment and prepares you to teach others the healing practice of Reiki. At the conclusion of this course, you will be a Usui-Tibetan- Reiki Master and will receive the Master Attunement with certificate. This level allows you to teach others the Reiki method.
As an alternative, Reiki levels one and two can be taught as a weekend course. This allows students to earn their practice level in a shorter period of time during one weekend.
